Product introduction:
Tempered glass is the glass after heat treatment process, through high temperature and quenched glass internal molecular structure changes greatly, which is characterized by the formation of a uniform and strong compressive stress on the surface of the glass, the formation of a uniform and strong tensile stress inside, so that the mechanical strength and heat resistance impact strength of the glass is improved, and has a special fragmentation state.
Advantages of Tempered Glass:
Safety. When the glass is damaged by external forces, the fragments become small obtuse particles similar to honeycomb, reducing the harm to the human body.
High strength. The same thickness of tempered glass impact strength is 3 to 5 times that of ordinary glass, bending strength is 3 to 5 times that of ordinary glass.
Thermal stability. Tempered glass has good thermal stability, can withstand the temperature difference is 3 times that of ordinary glass. It can withstand temperature difference of 200ºC.
